THE MBA PROGRAMME

We strongly believe in educating practitioners about innovative products and providing high quality CET.  Many of you have concerns about managing your practice, growing the business and maintaining profitability.  We are delighted to help provide business education for independent practitioners through our unique Management and Business Academy (MBA) platform, where practitioners can benefit from leading practice management expert advice as well as networking with like-minded practitioners.  Approximately 60 delegates attend the one and a half day programme and the full scope of the programme includes:

• In depth practice profiling prior to attending to allow comparison of key practice measures with other leading practices
  
  
• Presentations on practice metrics, improving patient loyalty, increasing revenue per patient, marketing your practice and effective patient presentations
  
  
• A password protected website for Academy members to access practice management resources
  
  
• An ongoing platform for seeking advice from the MBA Faculty
  
  
• Regular articles with useful practice management advice after the programme

The MBA Faculty includes three accomplished practice management experts, each with their own area of expertise.  They bring practical orientation to the lectures, taking the emphasis away from theory to providing practical advice suitable for real world working practices.
